Manager of Clinical Operations



SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Manager of Clinical Operations is responsible for coordinating and managing all clinical processes, personnel, and programs for this growing and busy Orthopaedic practice.  Individual also maintains extremely high quality patient care and guest service standards.



Advanced Bone & Joint, in St. Peters, MO seeks an energetic, knowledgeable and patient-focused leader to capably manage its clinical operations, policies, and processes.  We provide an excellent working environment, competitive salary, and benefits.



Education/ Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a physician practice (prefer Orthopaedics), with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position
  • LPN or other advanced health care degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities

1.      Ability to communicate and work efficiently with administration, physicians, patients and staff

2.      Strong commitment to excellence

3.      Significant and proven ability to lead and participate in a dynamic team

4.      Understanding of OSHA guidelines for ambulatory practices

5.      Understanding of quality measures and protocols

6.      Ability to demonstrate independent judgment and initiative

7.      Excellent oral and written communication skills

8.      Knowledge of Intergy Practice Management System and EMR preferred

9.      Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
